"Do's and Don'ts" For Clever Girls

DO post stories about what makes you clever, and DO read about what other clever girls are interested in!

DO email security@cleverhive.com to report inappropriate content or users that violate CleverHive's Terms of Use, or if you believe someone else is posting from your CleverHive account. We ask that "if you see something, do something" by reporting any inappropriate behavior or content.

DO let your parents or guardian know what you are uploading to CleverHive. You should be proud of the things that make you clever and share them with your parents in addition to other CleverHive users. If you are not sure whether you should upload something, ask a parent or guardian first.

DON'T post copyrighted work or work created by other people without permission – even if it's just in the background. For example, while you can write a post with your thoughts about a favorite book, you shouldn't post sections of the actual book on CleverHive. Similarly, you should not post clips of TV shows, movies, songs, or other copyrighted material, or clips where a song or TV show is playing in the background.

DON'T reveal personal or private information that could be used to identify you or locate you offline (such as your email, last name, school, address, or telephone number), and DON'T reveal personally identifying information about anyone else. If you'd like to post a piece of your work on CleverHive that contains information that could be used to identify you or others, always DO remove that information before posting to the site.

DON'T post offensive, vulgar, obscene, or threatening material of any kind.

DON'T post direct links to external websites.

DON'T solicit funds or advertise for any products or services.

Users who violate these "Do's and Don'ts" or any of the Terms and Conditions may have their account terminated.
