Love flipping through magazines? Have a lot of things to say? Make your own magazine and publish it yourself. You can fill your zine with articles, poems, photos, artwork, and other fun things. It can be about whatever you want, just be as creative as possible!

Make a cover for your magazine.

You can either fold a piece of paper in half or use two full sheets. Think of a good name for your magazine and decorate your cover. Remember not to staple or glue anything until you put in your pages.

Make Pages

Decide how many pages you want. Fill your pages with whatever you feel like telling people in your magazine. Try typing up your writings for a more professional look.

Illustrate Your Zine.

Get creative and start illustrating your pages. You can use pictures from old magazines and your own photos and artwork.

Put it Together.

Decide what order you want your pages to be in, then place your pages between the cover using a stapler, glue, or yarn. Keep your finished magazine for yourself, or photocopy it and give it out to your friends.
